HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

We do not arrange for a reverse pickup; however, if there is an issue with your order - you can notify us by writing a WhatsApp message at (+91) 9079123434 (WhatsApp Only) and can courier the products to:

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will initiate the return process within 2-3 working days.

You'll be allotted ₹ 150/- of Discount (In case of manufacturing issues or the wrong size received) on your next purchase when you return the product for an exchange.

Self-ship your returns; you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

We recommend using‘ Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions

The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed.
The packaging should have the original tags in place.
They should be dispatched within 20 days of the delivery date and should be delivered to us within the next 15 days. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ITEM IN EXCHANGE?

You can only exchange your item within 15 days and receive a replacement for that exact product or another product of the same value.

If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Non-monetary refunds for any of your orders will be made within 15-20 days of its date of delivery.

The product amount will be credited back to you as Discount Coupons. This will be done after the quality check of all received products.

Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR COURIER CHARGES REFUND?

Customers can self-ship the items to us.
In this case, an amount of Rs. 150 will be reimbursed through Road Trip Fashion discount coupons. This will be done after the quality check of all received items. Only applicable to the product that was wrongly delivered (either size or colour) or had any kind of manufacturing defect.
